Finally, after about twelve hours of sleep, I think I’m finally over my turkey-gravy-sweet potato-stuffing-wine induced stupor that was onset by the activities of the past few days. It was a great Thanksgiving week full of awesome people, delicious meals, and this little gem. Here at C&J we are definitely thankful for you, our fans, who read this blog and support our brand. I truly appreciate anyone who takes the time out of their day to read what I have to say; y’all are the best. Thank you! I’ll keep writing if you keep reading and don’t forget – we’re very stoked to be dropping our Winter ’11 line in just a few days; stay tuned to blog for when the line goes on sale.
The week started off with a little potluck with friends. By little I mean elastic waistbands were very fashionable that night. I spy a red koozie.
Then it was off to East Texas for Thanksgiving with the Emmet clan at their lakeside cabin. The setting felt very appropriate for the holiday.
Started Thanksgiving off with Irish coffees and a little jaunt around the lake.
Spencer was quite excited about the feast that lay ahead. Or perhaps just because he was on boat drinking scotch at 9:30 AM.
Found an antique on the shore.
Our afternoon activities the next day.
The conclusion of an excellent week.
